Subject: Nice Sounding Show
Really good show. Smooth. They really mesh well. Hard to put my finger on just what it is. Just really diggin this show. Especially Box through the Jam out of Crazy Fingers.

Subject: A slight amendment...
On further listening, the last part of set 2 after Space is KILLER, with Garcia ripping out some very Hendrix-like, feedback-drenched licks and the show generally rocking into a heartily satisfying finale. Still, I don't amend my 3-star rating. You're in 12/27/87 country here, boys...

Good quality recording. Nothing outstanding as far as song choices or concert performance.

Tech Notes

SHNs were decoded to wave and SF 6.0 was used to reassemble
the tracks back to 1 long wave. CEP2.0 was used to align &
synch both of the sources. CEP2.0 used to adjust the volume
for the SBD & AUD. This is a 50% SBD, 50% AUD mix.

Notes

The SBD source was missing between song cheers on several
songs in the first set. No music was missing. In a few
spots a patch with the AUD source was used to maintain a
smooth flowing sound.

D1T04 Dropout in SBD patched with AUD. This is smooth and
most likely undetectible.

D1T05 Small tick/pop right at the track mark (not a track
ID problem) on the AUD was removed. The SBD was trimmed to
match. This is smooth and most likely undetectible.

D1T06 Interference from a walkie-talkie can be heard, which
is very strange.

Disc 2 and 3 can be seamlessly reassembled.
